Photoshop CS5 for Print Design (Collaterals) Course Brief

This 2-day hands-on and information filled course is a must for anyone new to handling print materials. Handling printed materials like brochures, posters, catalogues and magazines are different from handling web media or screen presentations.

In the print industry, colours are handled differently and cost too. From this course, you will get to understand what is meant by 0C or 4C, what is bleeding and why is it required? Manage and decide on print layout, the resolution of photographs and many other considerations and requirements to get your design print ready.

Upon completion of the course, you will be able to understand the concepts and requirements of designing and preparing print collaterals that is ready for print. This course will also provide you with a good understanding the requirements and terminology used by commercial printers (speak their lingo) enabling you to effectively communicate and manage print design vendors.
